By accessing or using the KidRide app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You may use the KidRide app and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You agree not to use the services:
• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate KidRide, a KidRide employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Payment and Fees
Some services offered by KidRide may be subject to fees. If you choose to make a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any related taxes. All payments must be made in accordance with our payment terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights in the KidRide app and services are the exclusive property of KidRide or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these TOS, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to KidRide or third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidRide, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the services.
8. Governing Law
These TOS and your use of the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which KidRide is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these TOS from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
